Warranty

Warranty coverage expires at the first to occur of number of elapsed years or exceeded usage hours. 

To determine actual, current machine hours on a particular machine, please follow instructions below: 
For full details on a machine listed by a Dealer/Lender, including a current meter reading, please see listing dealer. 

HDINA will not have physical possession of listed machines and is relying upon Dealer/Lender’s inspection.  As such, HDINA makes no warranties or representations as to accuracy of any listing information and assumes no responsibility for errors/omissions in listing content including data entry errors even if it has approved a listing.  

Machines out of warranty are being sold AS IS, WHERE IS. For the avoidance of doubt, machines HDINA suspects are stolen, repossessed or purchased at an auction will not qualify for warranty transfer, including any remaining time on standard, sales promotional or extended warranties.
